Phantom is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build and scale the analytics foundation across the company. You will tackle onchain data challenges, join a lean two‑person data team, and partner with Data Science, Product, and Engineering to design scalable data systems that unify blockchain data, product analytics, and marketing integrations.

This role emphasizes data quality, observability, and experimentation infrastructure, with mentorship and cross‑functional collaboration at the core.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of data infrastructure experience in high-growth settings.
• Startup experience with independent, multi-hat roles.
• Expert SQL and Python proficiency.
• Strong data modeling, schema design and scale.
