Job summary

Claritas Rx is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to deliver on data initiatives for our customer-centric healthcare technology roadmap. You will design data architecture, ensure platform integration with client environments, and partner with senior engineers and product teams to drive innovative health data platforms.

You will lead multi-tenant, secure data solutions, apply best practices for data storage, transformation and governance, and help scale a SaaS offering in a fast-paced growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python/Java programming.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Excellent communication and ability to narrate data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds and oversees data architecture and pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Establishes processes to route data from multiple inputs to storage across cloud and local databases.
• Develops tools to cleanse, transform and maintain data integrity automatically.
• Reviews requirements and suggests upgrades to data systems to meet evolving needs.
• Lead technical requirements gathering to ensure consistent data architecture across systems.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Implementation, Product, and Architects.
• Develops secure, production-grade code and reviews others’ code.
• Oversees live operations of the SaaS platform, monitoring KPIs and opportunities.
