Job summary

Claritev Corporation is seeking a Senior Healthcare Analytics Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of complex analytics solutions across operational, client, network, and business domains.

You will integrate healthcare data, BI reporting, and advanced analytics to provide actionable insights, improve performance, automate processes, and guide stakeholders with technical and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with 4+ years in analytics.
• 5+ years in healthcare analytics or BI / data solutions.
• Experience leading complex analytics projects and managing large data sets.
• Strong SQL and data extraction/transformation knowledge.
• Experience with BI visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/SSRS) and advanced Excel.
• Ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical initiatives that integrate healthcare data to identify trends, risks, and business outcomes.
• Design, develop, test, maintain and enhance scalable analytics solutions (reports, dashboards, models, workflows).
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into solution requirements and deliver results.
• Interpret analyses and communicate findings through reports, visualizations, and client-ready materials.
• Apply advanced SQL and BI tools to manage large data sets and optimize performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects; monitor status, risks, and testing/production activities.
• Serve as a senior SME on healthcare analytics and mentor junior team members.
