Truelogic Software LLC is seeking a hands-on Senior Data Engineer to build scalable data infrastructure, supporting data-driven insights and AI models. You will lead technical workstreams, define data engineering best practices, and mentor engineers while collaborating with ML teams and cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex data challenges.

The role emphasizes data pipelines, cloud platforms, and marketing data ecosystems, with a strong product orientation and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering experience with ownership and impact.
• Deep expertise in cloud data platforms; can argue trade-offs.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and ETL.
• Experience deploying data workloads in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong product orientation; can translate needs into data value.
• Hands-on with AI-powered coding and AI-enabled workflows.
• Mentoring experience and establishing engineering standards.
• Familiarity with marketing data ecosystems (GA4, CRMs, CDPs).
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: VCS, testing, code reviews, CI/CD.
• Strong communication across a tech/creative org.
• Ability to work on complex, ambiguous projects; English at B2+.
