Job summary

Truelogic Software LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Data Engineer to architect and build scalable data infrastructure powering real-time insights and AI applications.

You will transform static data stores into active, low-latency backends, enabling agentic AI capabilities. You will lead data engineering standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate with ML and product teams in a hybrid Tech/Creative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Engineering: designing, building, and scaling data pipelines.
• Activating data infrastructure for real-time downstream applications beyond batch ETL/ELT.
• Agentic & real-time AI backends: experience with vector databases or RAG at scale.
• Cloud expertise across AWS, GCP, or Azure and modern data stacks.
• Core tech: Python and SQL for real-time data processing and collaboration with ML teams.
• AI workflow mastery: use of AI-assisted development tools and automated engineering workflows.
• Leadership & communication: mentoring engineers and setting standards.
• Located in Latin America.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Architect and Activate Data: design, build, and scale high-throughput, low-latency data infrastructure.
• Transform latent stores into active context layers, vector engines, and memory systems.
• Real-time & event-driven pipelines: ingest, stream, and retrieval pipelines for live AI apps.
• Technical leadership & standards: establish data architecture standards, CI/CD, documentation, and data quality.
• Cross-functional collaboration: partner with ML, product, and creative teams to translate requirements into data APIs.
• AI-enabled engineering: leverage AI-powered coding and automated workflows to accelerate development.
