Truelogic is seeking an experienced Lead Data Engineer to architect scalable data infrastructure powering real-time insights and AI applications. You will transform latent data stores into active backends and guide cross-functional teams in a hybrid Tech/Creative environment.

The role focuses on data architecture, event-driven pipelines, and tooling that enables autonomous AI workloads. Remote, USD pay, and strong growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Engineering with scalable data pipelines.
• Activate data infra for real-time downstream apps, not just batch warehousing.
• Experience with vector databases and RAG at scale.
• Strong cloud experience across AWS/GCP/Azure and modern data stacks.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for real-time pipelines and ML collaboration.
• Excellent communication in a hybrid Tech/Creative culture.
• Located in Latin America and fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Architect and activate data infrastructure linking data lakes/warehouses to AI backends.
• Transform static stores into active context layers and vector engines.
• Build real-time ingestion, streaming, and retrieval pipelines for live AI apps.
• Set architecture standards, CI/CD, documentation, and data quality practices.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with ML, Product, and agency teams.
• Leverage AI-powered coding and automated workflows to accelerate delivery.
