SimplePractice LLC is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to evolve our Marketing Sciences data ecosystem and serve as the technical architect of the growth data stack. You will bridge core data engineering with high-impact growth initiatives to ensure accurate, scalable signals for NBA, pLTV, and demand modeling.

You will collaborate with Data Analytics, ML, Product, and Engineering to make data a first-class product, supporting executive reporting, revenue forecasting, and product analytics across

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years in Data or Analytics Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain scalable systems ingesting data from marketing platforms and CRM.
• Move predictive models from research into production data environments.
• Architect pipelines for Demand Models and LTV/CAC reporting.
• Support A/B tests with clean experiment logging and cohort assignment.
• Ensure Source of Truth consistency across platforms like Iterable and HubSpot.
• Enable real-time actions by syncing warehouse insights to products and marketing tools.
