Job summary

Paddle seeks a Senior Analytics Engineer to shape data infrastructure, build robust data models, and promote analytics engineering best practices. You will collaborate with Marketing to ensure funnels are tracked and campaigns evaluated with accurate data.

You will deliver self-serve datasets and dashboards, ensure data quality, and enable teams to use Omni and GTM datasets through documentation and training.

Qualifications

• Extensive analytics engineering experience with sophisticated SQL, dbt, and Snowflake.
• Proficient in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, Snowsight) to deliver actionable insights.
• Experience with data ingestion/activation using no-code tools (Fivetran, Stitch).
• Knowledge of metadata, data quality checks, and data masking best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create trusted, self-serve datasets and reporting layers powering marketing reviews and funnel health.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across Marketing and GTM systems.
• Add comprehensive metadata including lineage, ownership, definitions, and data quality checks.
