Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics engineering or related software engineering roles.
• Strong experience with PySpark, Scala, Advanced SQL and Python.
• Experience building and managing Airflow pipelines and cloud-based analytics solutions.
• Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Experience working with at least one cloud platform; Google Cloud Platform experience is preferred.
• Strong SQL experience, with BigQuery experience considered a plus.
• Knowledge of designing large-scale, high-volume applications and data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of analytics solutions and data models on cloud platforms (Azure or GCP).
• Analyze business requirements and lead discussions with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Build high-quality applications and data pipelines with strong coding standards and testing.
• Ensure features are tested, released and deployed to production successfully.
• Implement monitoring solutions aligned with client recommendations and best practices.
• Document designs and specifications, guiding developers on implementation details.
