Job summary

M1 Support Services, LP is seeking a senior Data Engineer to design, build, and deploy a centralized data platform in the Azure Government Community Cloud. You will architect secure, scalable pipelines ingesting diverse data, while guiding teammates and shaping long-term data capabilities.

You’ll partner with PMs, BI leads, and analysts to ensure reliable reporting and compliant data delivery, with Hybrid work options and DoD-aligned security focus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering
• 3+ years in Azure cloud environments (GCCH or similar)
• End-to-end data platform deployment experience
• Security/compliance focus (FedRAMP, NIST, DoD, CMMC)
• Mentoring junior engineers

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy centralized data platform in Azure GCCH
• Ingest, transform, and integrate diverse data sources
• Implement security, governance, and access controls
• Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards
• Collaborate with PMs/BI leads to power dashboards with clean data
