Job summary

M1 Support Services is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and deploy a centralized data platform in the Azure GCCH environment. You will lead end-to-end data integration across operational, personnel, parts, aircraft, and program data.

The role requires 7+ years in data engineering and strong skills in ETL/ELT, data modeling, and security compliance (DoD, NIST, CMMC). Hybrid work with DoD-regulated data responsibilities."

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of professional data engineering experience, with 3+ years in Azure GCCH or regulated environments.
• Azure certifications (Data Engineer, Solutions Architect, Security) strongly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage centralized data platform in Azure GCCH.
• Ingest, transform, and integrate diverse data sources into the data lake.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across pipelines.
• Mentor junior data engineers and establish coding standards.
