Addison Group is seeking a senior Data Engineer / Data Scientist to lead the development of a centralized data environment. This hands-on role will architect data infrastructure, build scalable pipelines, and transform data into analytics, reporting, and predictive models that support decision-making across the organization, with a strong focus on marketing and multi-location performance.

Qualifications

• Must have multi-unit retail/franchise/subscription experience.
• Strong understanding of same-store sales metrics and customer lifecycle analytics.
• Marketing analytics experience.
• Dashboarding and visualization experience.
• Churn analysis and customer behavior modeling.
• Experience leading or supporting enterprise data transformation initiatives involving multiple disparate data sources.
