Job summary

Cherry Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Engineering Manager to lead architecture, governance, and analytics engineering in a fully remote setting. You will drive data democratization and team expansion.

You will own ingestion, warehouse modeling, and analytics tooling, set guardrails for security and access, and act as product owner for data platforms across regulated environments. You will also build career growth paths and attract top talent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering and/or analytics engineering with direct people management experience
• Proven ability to attract and scale engineering talent while maintaining high technical standards
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end data platform architecture and product ownership in regulated environments
• Deep expertise in cloud data warehouses, orchestration tools, and ingestion tooling
• Experience designing role-based access control frameworks and data governance practices
