Job summary

Adoreal is seeking a Senior Data Engineering Manager to lead and scale our data engineering org, building a modern data platform and guiding a distributed team to deliver accurate, scalable analytics. You will work with product, analytics, and business leaders to drive data-driven decision making and impact.

The role emphasizes autonomy, leadership growth, and direct influence on data architecture, pipelines, and dashboards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, Data Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional data engineering experience, with leadership.
• Strong SQL and programming in Python/Scala; good data modeling skills.
• Experience with modern cloud data ecosystems and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Ability to translate complex analyses for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed analytics team across multiple time zones.
• Architect and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data infrastructure.
• Oversee dashboards and analytics tooling with BI platforms.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and business leaders to deliver insights.
