Job summary

You.com is hiring a hands-on Data Engineer to build and scale a modern data platform. You will work with Finance, Engineering, Product, and Analytics to develop reliable, high-performance pipelines.

The role involves batch and real-time processing using Databricks, AWS, Kafka, and various 3rd party data sources, enabling data activation and AI-driven applications. You will contribute to data quality, accessibility, and usability across the organization, powering dashboards, finance metrics, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data engineering or related field.
• Hands-on with Databricks, AWS and Kafka for large-scale data processing.
• Proficient in Python (PySpark) and SQL.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines (DBT/Airflow or similar).
• Experience with data ingestion tools such as Fivetran.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Ingest data from Salesforce, billing, product events, API logs.
• Design and optimize ETL/ELT workflows with DBT, PySpark, SQL.
• Collaborate with Finance to develop data solutions and metrics.
• Create dashboards and reporting layers for analytics and business performance.
