Job summary

HighLevel, a rapid-growing remote-first company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve Custom Objects within its CRM platform. You will model business entities, specify relationships, and extend workflows, reporting, integrations, and AI across the product.

This role requires deep database, API, and data modeling expertise and close collaboration with Engineering to scale the platform for SMBs worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in platform/CRM/data products.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, schemas, and data modeling.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, data synchronization and integrations.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into reusable platform primitives.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering and Architecture on complex products.
• Strong product judgment and ability to operate in ambiguous spaces.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for Custom Objects and CRM data model.
• Build scalable capabilities for custom entities, fields, records, relationships, and permissions.
• Partner with Engineering on data models, schemas, APIs, scalability, data integrity and performance.
• Make Custom Objects a first-class citizen across Workflows, Reporting, Contacts, Companies, Opportunities, Forms, Integrations, AI, etc.
• Evolve API, webhook, import/export, and synchronization to support external integrations.
• Translate complex customer requirements into reusable platform primitives.
• Drive the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, adoption, and iteration.
• Define and own adoption, usage, API consumption, and platform reliability metrics.
