Job summary

Q2 is seeking a Senior Product Owner for PrecisionLender Data Platforms in Cary, NC. You will own the day-to-day definition, prioritization, and delivery of foundational data platform capabilities across ingestion, processing, and storage, partnering with Engineering, Data, Analytics, and Product groups.

Lead modernization efforts including the ADLS-to-Snowflake migration and reduce technical debt. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategy into executable work, ensure data quality and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a Master’s, or 3 years with a PhD.
• Proven software product management experience for data, platform, or infrastructure products.
• Experience with data pipelines, ingestion, ETL/transformation, storage, and data quality/governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously prioritize the data platform backlog, spanning ingestion, processing, transformation, storage, data quality, and downstream consumption.
• Translate product strategy into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Serve as day-to-day Product partner to Data Engineering, refining requirements and decisions.
• Define and validate requirements for data quality, normalization, reliability, lineage, availability, and performance.
• Coordinate dependencies across Data Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Integrations.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning support, and product validation.
