Job summary

Crusoe seeks a Senior Workplace Manager to own site and employee experience across our Spark and Colocation data center network. This role operates with minimal on-site presence, building standards, systems, and vendor relationships across multiple sites in the US and internationally, with travel up to 50%.

You will lead a growing team, manage budgets, partner with Facilities, IT, Security, and Operations, and drive a hospitality-driven, scalable workplace program for dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or site operations across multiple locations
• Experience building a program, standard, or playbook without established precedent
• Proven experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and landlord/building relationships
• Experience managing and developing direct reports across countries/time zones
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across People, Construction, Facilities, Operations, IT, and Security

Responsibilities

• Lead the buildout of the Colocation & Spark workplace program with standards, SLAs, and mobilization playbooks
• Own day-to-day workplace operations across the portfolio with remote-monitoring cadence
• Manage vendor and landlord relationships; act as primary contact for facilities and service issues
• Own the workplace budget, forecasting, and cost optimization without compromising employee experience
• Deliver a strong site and employee experience for dispersed teams, planning travel for mobilizations and visits
• Scale Crusoe's People and Workplace strategy to a distributed footprint across sites
• Ensure hospitality-caliber visitor experiences for executive visits and guests via on-site vendors
• Oversee food, beverage, and office amenities programs across the portfolio
• Hire, manage, and develop the Colocation & Spark Workplace Coordinator team across countries
• Travel to sites to support executive/VIP visits and client tours
