Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Workplace Manager to own the site and employee experience across its Spark and colocation data center network. You will establish standards, systems, and vendor relationships to keep sites running with minimal on-site presence.

The role requires leading a growing team, managing budgets, and coordinating travel for mobilizations and quality checks, with up to 50% travel including international.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or site operations across multiple locations.
• Experience building a program, standard, or playbook without an established precedent.
• Proven experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and landlord or building-management relationships.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports, with a focus on accountability and service, across countries/time zones.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across People, Construction, Facilities, Operations, IT, and Security.
• Comfortable substituting systems and remote monitoring for daily physical presence, with judgement on site visits.
• Highly organized and independent, able to build structure without pre-existing playbooks.
• Hands-on operator who takes ownership and builds from the ground up.
• Willing and able to travel regularly for mobilizations and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the buildout of the Colocation & Spark workplace program with standards and mobilization playbooks for scalable site openings.
• Oversee day-to-day workplace operations across the portfolio with remote monitoring and reporting.
• Manage vendor and landlord relationships; serve as contact for facilities, maintenance, service issues, and contracts.
• Own the workplace budget including forecasting, spend, and cost optimization.
• Deliver a strong site and employee experience for dispersed teams, planning travel for mobilizations and visits.
• Align Crusoe People and Workplace strategy to a distributed footprint and remote teams.
• Ensure hospitality-caliber visitor experiences at all sites through proactive planning and on-site contacts.
• Oversee food, beverage, and office amenities programs across sites, including remote vendor management.
• Hire, manage, and develop the Colocation & Spark Workplace Coordinator team across countries.
• Travel to sites to support executive, VIP, and prospective client visits with planned logistics.
