Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Sr. Manager, Facility Operations – Colocation, North America to govern third-party colocation sites in North America and ensure adherence to Crusoe Operations Standards. You will manage audits, safety, reliability, and vendor performance while coordinating with multiple internal teams.

The role requires 8+ years in mission-critical data center operations, strong stakeholder management, and experience with NFPA/NEC/OSHA standards. Travel across the U.S. and Canada is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in mission-critical data center facility operations, including multi-site or colocation management.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA, NEC, OSHA and related interconnection standards.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Crusoe Operations Standards across North America colocation sites.
• Manage governance cadences and audits with providers.
• Oversee incidents, outages, and provider performance and escalation.
• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams on contracts and SLAs.
• Review MOPs, maintenance schedules, and acceptance testing for Crusoe-critical infra.
