Job summary

Crusoe is expanding its modular AI data center infrastructure across the U.S., delivering innovative, multi-site mission-critical facilities that support America's leadership in AI and high-performance computing.

As a Construction Manager focusing on our Spark deployment, you will oversee all phases of construction—from site development through turnover—managing cost, schedule, quality, safety, and vendor relationships to align internal teams and the General Contractor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred).
• Experience with Civil Engineering and site improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Procore, Primavera/MS Project, and Bluebeam proficiency.
• Ability to travel ~40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and server move-in.
• Manage field operations, subcontractors, and safety.
• Oversee site improvement, electrical/mechanical installation, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and site logistics through turnover to operations.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams.
• Provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and cost.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standards.
