Job summary

Lambda is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the integrated data center delivery program from site handoff through construction, commissioning, and turnover to Network Deployment. You’ll lead internal teams and external partners across site work, utilities, shell, MEP, controls, white space, inspections, and commissioning, with a focus on risk, milestones, and schedule compression.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data center delivery, infrastructure or construction program management.
• Experience delivering ground-up data centers or similar mission-critical facilities.
• Ability to manage integrated schedules, risks, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated schedule from site handoff to Operations; manage milestones and critical path.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Real Estate, Energy & Utilities, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Operations.
• Develop risk registers, dependency logs, and decision trackers; escalate with facts.
• Ensure milestones are met on time; hold partners to contractual commitments.
• Deliver clean turnover with readiness criteria for Network Deployment.
