Resumo da oferta

Lambda seeks a Technical Program Manager to own the integrated delivery program for new data center builds—from site handoff through construction, commissioning and turnover to Network Deployment. You will be the single source of truth for milestones, risks, and dependencies, coordinating internal teams and external partners across site work, utilities, shell, MEP, and commissioning.

Ambiguity is high and timelines are tight; you will help build playbooks and governance to run many deployments

Qualificações

• 7+ years in data center delivery, infrastructure or construction program management.
• Delivered ground-up data centers or similar facilities on compressed timelines.
• Knows full lifecycle: site handoff, permitting, design, utilities, procurement, construction, MEP, commissioning, turnover.

Responsabilidades

• Own the integrated schedule from site handoff to Operations with clear owners and milestones.
• Drive delivery sequence from rack requirements to design, plan set, permitting, construction, commissioning and turnover for MW-scale capacity.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Real Estate, Energy/Utilities, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, Security and Finance.
• Manage risk registers, dependency logs, decision trackers and schedule variance; surface risks early.
• Escalate with facts: status, forecast, variance, owner, mitigation and decision date; lead schedule recovery.
• Hold partners accountable to milestones, production/shipping schedules and commitments while maintaining relationships.
• Communicate progress to leadership via program reviews and concise status updates.
• Deliver clean turnover with defined handover criteria and readiness for Network Deployment.
• Scale the function with repeatable playbooks, dashboards and lessons-learned loops.
