Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a Lead TPM to manage the deployment program across multiple data center sites. You will own scheduling, dependencies, and escalation handling, coordinating cross-site resources and sequencing decisions to keep projects on track.

You will build and oversee TPM teams, deliver accurate program reporting to leadership, and drive fast, scalable deployment of compute infrastructure with a strong emphasis on reliability and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience running multi-site infrastructure programs as the lead TPM.
• Ability to make sequencing calls between competing projects and gain buy-in.
• Proven track record in trusted program reporting.
• Experience building and leading TPM teams.

Responsibilities

• Run the deployment program across all sites: schedules, dependencies, and escalations in one view.
• Own cross-site resource and sequencing decisions when parallel builds compete for the same teams.
• Build the program reporting leadership runs on: real dates, real risks, no weather forecasts.
• Lead the TPM team covering per-site deployment programs.
