Job summary

TensorWave in Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Data Center Build and Design to own on-site delivery of a 100 MW+ campus. You will manage the thirteen-gate delivery framework, drive integrated scheduling, and coordinate with GC, landlord, and partners to keep milestones on track.

You will lead cross-functional teams, maintain risk and decision logs, and report progress to the Director and executives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in technical program management with data center delivery experience.
• Experience taking large data centers from design through commissioning to service.
• Strong written and verbal communication with structured governance.

Responsibilities

• Run the thirteen gate delivery structure for the assigned campus from design through turnover to operations.
• Own the integrated schedule, dependencies, risk register, and status updates for leadership.
• Coordinate with general contractor, landlord, and vendors to ensure schedule and deliverables.
• Manage on-site risk, escalate blockers, and maintain the on-site cadence for delivery.
• Collaborate across Construction Engineering, Design, MEP, Network, and Operations.
