Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Project Manager, Data Center Security, to lead security workstreams across new data center sites from kickoff through commissioning and day-2 delivery.

You will partner with Information Security, Construction, Facilities, and Operations to translate security requirements into concrete project deliverables, schedules, and ownership. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project management experience in data center deployment or infrastructure.
• Understanding of data center build sequences, commissioning, and handover.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure security concepts (network segmentation, privileged access, secure configuration, vulnerability management, logging).
• Experience coordinating with construction, facilities, engineering, and operations teams, as well as general contractors and vendors.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear deliverables, schedules, owners, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong risk-management and problem-solving skills with clear, proactive communication.
• Willingness to travel 10-15%, with periods up to 35-40% depending on project phase.

Responsibilities

• Lead the security workstream for new data center sites and expansions from kickoff to day-2 deployment.
• Partner with Information Security and technical owners to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Work with Construction, Facilities, Engineering, Networking, and Operations to integrate security into designs and plans.
• Coordinate security deliverables with contractors, MEP trades, and vendors; clarify responsibilities and dependencies.
• Track implementation of controls including network segmentation, access controls, hardening, and logging.
