CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Project Manager, Data Center Security, to lead security requirements across end-to-end data center deployments. You will work with Security, Construction, Facilities, Infrastructure, Networking, and Operations to translate requirements into deliverables and ensure design, scheduling, and handover meet security readiness goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project management in data centers or infrastructure deployment.
• Experience coordinating security requirements or remediation.
• Understanding data center build sequences, commissioning, and handover.
• Strong risk-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work with construction, facilities, engineering, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead security workstreams for new data center sites and expansions from kickoff through handover.
• Identify requirements with security owners and incorporate into project plans.
• Coordinate with Construction, Facilities, Engineering, Networking, and Operations.
• Track security milestones, dependencies, risks, and remediation actions.
• Coordinate documentation, access procedures, and security escalation paths.
• Provide concise progress updates and decisions needed across builds.
• Develop security-readiness checklists for greenfield sites.
