Job summary

You will independently diagnose complex hardware issues, execute repairs, support commissioning, and provide technical guidance to junior personnel while coordinating with customer engineering teams, OEM partners, and site leadership to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting data center operations, hardware deployment, or infrastructure support.
• Extensive experience troubleshooting and repairing server, storage, and networking hardware.
• Strong ability to lead technical activities and mentor junior personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, integration, and deployment for servers, accelerators, and networking.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and root-cause analysis of hardware failures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Coordinate with OEM partners and customer engineering teams to maintain uptime.
• Support firmware upgrades, qualification testing, and acceptance activities.
