Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a lead superintendent on large commercial projects.
• Experience in Hyperscale Data Centers is required.
• Must enforce construction safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily coordination of trade contractors to ensure quality work and schedule adherence.
• Manage project budget for general conditions and site services.
• Lead contractor meetings and maintain daily reports using software tools.
