Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10-15 years on large commercial/industrial projects in lead role.
• OSHA 30-hour certified and safety-focused mindset.
• STS-C Certification and relevant safety credentials.
• First Aid/CPR/AED/Stop the Bleed training and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day coordination of trade contractors to meet schedule.
• Manages the project budget for general conditions and site services.
• Develops and communicates the field work plan for changes.
• Maintains understanding of contract documents to anticipate problems.
• Enforces safety compliance with all trades and leads safety culture.
• Leads contractor meetings and maintains daily project reports.
