Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 4+ years Pre-Sales and Data Center experience is required.
• Professional communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working as a technical lead in a pre-sales campaign.
• Extensive knowledge of data center solutions: storage, networking, compute, virtualization, management/automation, and security.
• Ability to work under critical conditions and influence others to achieve results.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent presentation skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, proactive attitude; team-player.

Responsibilities

• Possess deep data center expertise across stack layers.
• Present at Technical Briefings and Lab Demonstrations to clients and partners.
• Act as SME in one or more technologies for the team.
• Own technical sales campaigns without partner support.
• Qualify and position consulting engagements and services.
• Coach and mentor team resources to boost solution knowledge and pre-sales skills.
• Qualify sales opportunities by client requirements and funding decisions.
• Articulate the Enterprise Cloud Framework.
• Prioritize opportunities to maximize impact on productivity and profit.
• Drive engagement conversions to additional services/solutions.
• Provide feedback to improve internal efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Practice Directors on new solutions and offerings.
• Present at AHEAD events, user groups, conferences, and forums.
• Lead Solution Verification / BOM Review for the geography.
