Job summary

SLB is seeking a Project Scheduling Manager to lead planning and scheduling across Data Center projects. You will develop and analyze integrated schedules, ensuring visibility of progress, critical paths, and forecasted completion.

The role coordinates with engineering, supply chain, and construction teams to drive timely decisions. You will manage critical path analyses, progress validation, and schedule reports, while mentoring schedulers and enhancing data quality and cadence across EPC/GC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 10-15 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for large-scale construction or industrial projects.
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and advanced scheduling methodologies.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining integrated EPC or GC coordination schedules.
• Experience delivering large-scale data center facilities for major technology clients preferred.
• Professional certification such as PMI-SP or AACE PSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the overall project schedule covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Lead schedule development in Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with WBS and execution strategy.
• Conduct critical path, float, and what-if analyses to support project decisions and identify recovery opportunities.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly updates with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Validate reported progress against site performance and milestones.
• Prepare and issue schedule performance reports with variance explanations and forecast completion dates.
• Support change management by evaluating schedule impacts of changes.
• Mentor schedulers and planners to maintain data quality.
