Job summary

CEC, based in Texas, seeks a Senior Scheduling Manager to oversee scheduling for complex electrical construction projects, primarily in data centers. You will collaborate closely with Estimating and Project Management teams, ensuring accurate project schedules that support effective field execution and resource planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction scheduling, planning, or project controls.
• Strong experience supporting electrical construction projects; data center or mission critical experience preferred.
• Proven experience working with Estimating, Preconstruction, and Field Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project schedules for electrical construction projects.
• Support Estimating and Preconstruction teams during bid phases.
• Manage schedulers assigned to projects for field support.

Expert proficiency with Primavera P6

Strong understanding of electrical construction sequencing

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to analyze schedule impacts

Education
