STACK Infrastructure in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Data Center Planner to lead the creation and rollout of standardized Owner Schedules across active BOD/turnkey projects. You will design templates, assess reliability, and provide guidance to project teams while maintaining a coherent master portfolio schedule.

Qualifications

• Data Center scheduling experience is required.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and communication.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and drive process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Create, customize and roll out standardized Owner Schedules on all active STACK BOD/turnkey projects.
• Develop and maintain Owner Schedule Template variants across portfolio (Core & Shell, multi-building campuses, etc.).
• Provide ongoing support to project teams: tracking progress, identifying risks, and developing mitigation plans.
• Create and manage an Owner Schedule database/repository in SharePoint with KPI tracking.
• Review GC project schedules and provide expert insight to ensure realistic durations and milestone dates.
