Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director level Scheduler to lead schedule development, management, and optimization for a large-scale data center construction program in Tyson's Corner, VA. This role will own the master schedule and coordinate across design, procurement, construction and commissioning phases.

The Associate Director will work with project leadership, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain schedule integrity, mitigate risks, and drive timely delivery in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling and project controls for large-scale construction programs.
• Expertise in CPM scheduling and Primavera P6; MS Project also required.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and contractors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Certifications such as PSP or PMP are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the integrated master schedule for the data center program.
• Develop detailed CPM schedules with logic ties and milestone tracking.
• Integrate design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Perform critical path analysis and develop recovery/acceleration plans.
• Produce executive-level reports, dashboards and variances for leadership.
• Support governance processes and schedule risk assessments.
• Mentor junior schedulers and promote scheduling best practices.
