Job summary

Evergreen Talent Partners in Dallas seeks a senior data center sales professional with an existing network to open doors with owners, operators, developers and contractors, converting relationships into turnkey energy and infrastructure projects.

You will lead new business development, manage pipelines in Salesforce, and close opportunities through proposals and financing discussions, coordinating with engineering and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' sales experience in energy performance contracting, commissioning or construction.
• Proven track record of generating at least $10 million in annual sales.
• Knowledge of facility systems and large-scale construction projects.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Degree in business, engineering or construction management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, mostly local.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a sales strategy for data center projects.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline and hit annual targets.
• Own client relationships from engagement to handover.
• Work with technical teams to develop proposals and solutions.
• Navigate project financing, contracting and delivery considerations.
• Attend industry events to generate opportunities and brand awareness.
• Track opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts in Salesforce.
