Job summary

CBRE DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, is seeking a Safety Manager in the Newark area to develop and manage comprehensive accident prevention programs. You will conduct work area assessments, lead safety training, and support incident investigations, ensuring compliance and safety culture across projects.

Minimum 7 years in construction safety with OSHA 30 and STS-C/CHST required. Strong independent work skills, leadership, and excellent communication are essential to coach

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years in construction safety and leadership.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification is required.
• STS-C or CHST certification is required.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Able to work independently with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage accident prevention efforts.
