Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment Associate to lead safety efforts in complex facilities and infrastructure-heavy environments.

You will develop advanced operational guidance, enforce SOPs, and contribute to emergency response planning to protect frontline technicians and ensure environmental compliance. The role partners with data center and building operations teams to prevent incidents and drive continuous performance improvements through data analysis and process

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3–4 years of related experience.
• Ability to communicate complex content clearly.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Develop and implement strategic solutions to improve performance.
• Verify permits, licenses, and records for compliance purposes.
• Present inspection records and violations to management with solutions.
• Inform management, clients, and employees of advanced control regulations and inspection findings.
• Assist management in cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems.
• Suggest improvements to existing processes to improve team efficiency.
