Job summary

CBRE DirectLine is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead safety on data center jobsites. You will implement policies, conduct audits, and coordinate with project teams to ensure OSHA and client requirements are met.

The role requires strong leadership, incident investigation skills, and active safety training. Expect collaboration with management, subcontractors, and emergency responders to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments.
• OSHA 500 or 502 Trainer Course in Occupational Safety and Health Standards for Construction.
• Proven experience as a Safety Manager in a similar industry.
• Data Center safety experience and knowledge of safety regulations.
• Certified safety professionals and emergency response expertise are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and programs at the job site.
• Ensure OSHA and client safety requirements compliance; conduct audits and inspections.
• Lead investigations of incidents and near misses; implement corrective actions.
• Provide site safety orientations and lead toolbox talks and trainings.
• Develop KPIs for site safety and coordinate with stakeholders for continuous improvement.
