Job summary

CBRE DIRECTLINE is seeking a Safety Supervisor to lead accident prevention efforts on active projects in the United States. The role involves coordinating safety training, conducting jobsite inspections, and reviewing job hazard analyses to ensure compliance and safe practices.

You will partner with project leadership to implement corrective actions and coach crews on safe work behaviors. This position requires a HS diploma and 3–5 years of construction safety experience, OSHA 30 Construction

Qualifications

• Has HS diploma and OSHA 30 Construction.
• STS-C or higher certification within 90 days of employment.
• Experience in construction safety environments is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers accident prevention programs.
• Conducts regular jobsite inspections and audits.
• Leads safety meetings and training sessions.
• Reviews job hazard analyses and corrective actions.
• Supports incident investigations and regulatory inspections.
• Coaches staff on safe behaviors and orientations for new employees.
