Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Lead Construction Safety Manager for data center projects to oversee health and safety programs across complex builds. You will provide technical safety leadership, ensure OSHA/NFPA compliance, and drive proactive risk management with owners, contractors, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of construction or industrial safety experience on large-scale, multi-employer complex projects.
• Experience on data center construction projects is preferred.
• Experience leading site safety programs and supervising safety professionals on complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and execution of EHS initiatives across assigned projects.
• Develop, implement, and enforce project-specific safety programs in compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, ANSI, and client requirements.
• Partner with project management, owners, contractors, subcontractors, and joint venture teams to integrate safety.
• Conduct site hazard assessments, safety audits, inspections, and field observations to identify risks and ensure compliance.
• Review and oversee JHAs, PTPs, MOPs, and other high-risk work planning activities.
• Manage subcontractor safety performance through preconstruction meetings and safety trainings.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs including new employee orientation and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Lead incident reporting, investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Monitor safety performance metrics, OSHA reporting, incident trends, and leading indicators.
• Maintain safety documentation, permits, training records, and audit findings.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to site safety personnel.
