Job summary

CBRE DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, seeks a Superintendent to coordinate technician workforce planning, resource dissemination, and field operations while ensuring safety standards and union contract compliance. You will support project management, maintain schedules, and oversee timecard processes across multiple sites.

The role requires 10+ years related experience, OSHA 30 certification, and strong leadership with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years related experience or equivalent role.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Must meet all client access requirements and possess a valid MVR.
• Familiar with construction plans, specs, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technician manpower across geographies and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with PMs on schedules, budgets, and material staging.
• Lead pre-construction planning and constructability reviews.
• Mentor and train field staff and ensure accurate documentation of test results.
