Job summary

Astreya Inc. seeks a Data Center Engineer III to help design datacenter collocations, plan infrastructure hardware, and provide technical consultations.

You will create As-Built drawings for Datacenter POPs and develop SOWs for new POP builds. The role involves deploying and supporting large-scale production networks and server infrastructure in data centers and POP sites, coordinating with Engineering, Facilities Operations, and vendors to meet power, cooling, and routing requirements, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Understanding of data center practices, fiber optics, and power/cooling calculations.
• Experience creating As-Built drawings for Datacenter POPs and SOWs for new POP builds.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support a large-scale production network and server infrastructure in data centers and POP sites.
• Create network and server rack elevations, floor plans, wiring diagrams, and detailed port maps for deployments.
• Create statements of work for vendors and manage project timelines.
• Document and follow RMA processes and contribute to best practices.
