Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Data Center Engineer III to design datacenter collocations, infrastructure hardware, and provide technical consultations for POP builds. You will build drawings for datacenter POPs and develop SOWs for new builds, plus write detailed MOPs for various optical/power systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years’ related experience or equivalent.
• Understanding of data center practices, cable routing, power, and cooling.
• Experience creating As-Built drawings and SOWs for POP builds.
• Strong communication with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support production network and server infra in data centers and POPs.
• Create network/rack elevations, floor plans, wiring diagrams, and port maps.
• Develop installation MOPs for optical transport and power systems.
• Manage asset inventory and collaborate across Engineering, Logistics, and vendors.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and processes for DC/POP environments.
