Amazon is seeking a strategic real estate professional to source, negotiate and execute large-scale data center deals in the U.S. AWS Real Estate will drive entitlements, site planning and cross-functional collaboration to expand the data center network

The role requires 7+ years in deal execution, a bachelor's degree, and strong negotiation skills to guide executive stakeholders through complex transactions with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years sourcing, negotiating and executing real estate deals.
• 7+ years professional or military experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years advising and influencing executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead deal sourcing, engagement, negotiation and execution of real estate deals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Design Engineering, Policy, Construction and Capacity Planning.
• Lead entitlement process and jurisdictional engagement for transactions.
• Assist in developing site plans and investment assumptions.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and track costs.
• Lead teams of vendors, consultants and contractors.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and travel as required.
