Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Real Estate professional to source, negotiate, and execute large-scale data center deals in the U.S.

You will collaborate with Legal, Design Engineering, Economic Development, and Public Policy teams to drive entitlement, development budgeting, and project delivery while maintaining strong relationships with landowners and developers. The role requires 7+ years in deal-making, cross-functional leadership, and executive-level influence,

Qualifications

• 7+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 7+ years professional or military experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years advising and influencing executive leadership experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead deal sourcing, engagement, negotiation and execution of real estate deals.
• Work cross-functionally with Legal, Design Engineering, Economic Development, Public Policy, Construction and Capacity Planning to inform a regional real estate development strategy.
• Lead entitlement process and jurisdictional engagement for transactions.
• Assist in developing site plans that deliver best-in-class product per market conditions and investment assumptions.
• Develop project schedules, development budgets, and track hard and soft costs.
• Lead teams of vendors, consultants, and contractors to support acquisition, entitlements and delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AWS's internal processes and reporting.
• Travel required.
