Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver large-scale data center infrastructure projects across North America. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams and manage scope, schedule, and budget for projects valued from $10M to $50M+, focusing on reliability and modern grid tech.

Responsibilities include developing execution strategies, governing plans, and maintaining safety and contract compliance while communicating with executives and customers.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of project management experience within power systems, grid automation, data centers, utilities, EPC, or industrial infrastructure environments.
• Experience delivering projects valued at $15M or greater.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams of 30+ resources.
• PMI PMP certification.
• Work authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience with Substation Automation Systems (SAS) and SCADA.
• Familiarity with Protection & Control systems, data center electrical infrastructure, E-House, cybersecurity.
• Experience supporting FAT, SAT, commissioning or energization activities.
• Experience using Primavera P6 scheduling tools and SAP-based financial project controls.

Aufgaben

• Lead large, complex data center projects from award to final acceptance.
• Define execution strategies, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and field execution.
• Own financial performance including forecasting, cash flow, and margins.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, claims, and negotiations.
• Develop integrated schedules using Primavera P6 and manage critical paths.
• Coordinate FAT/SAT, commissioning, and energization milestones.
• Provide technical oversight for SAS, SCADA, P&C, cybersecurity, and modular infra projects.
• Manage risks, opportunities, and contingency plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as primary customer-facing representative to executives on status and recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and guidelines.
