Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. seeks a Data Centers System Segment Lead to drive the governance, strategy, and collaboration across global teams for Data Centers and AI Factories in North America.

You will own the system-level roadmap and coordinate with Product Management, R&D, and marketing to shape a compelling value proposition. You will manage cross-functional, cross-cultural teams, lead tendering and commercial activities for non-transactional systems, and push innovative offerings across energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Power Systems, Business, or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the core and extended team for Data Centers and AI Factories, own governance and act as escalation point.
• Accountable for commercial and tendering execution of non-transactional systems business.
• Collaborate with other BUs and Hitachi Group, and partner with Hitachi Energy Marketing and Sales for system-level value proposition and strategy.
• Enhance pipeline and business growth offering for solutions.
• Increase HE product pull through systems.
• Define system level roadmap with Product Management.
• Drive innovation through collaboration with R&D at BU level.
• Ensure integrated portfolio (energy hubs, BESS, etc.).
• Identify partners for volume, technology, and scope expansion.
