Job summary

HeatherDaniel International (HDi) seeks a Senior Project Manager to act as Owner's Representative on a large-scale, data center program in Tulsa, OK. You will lead delivery across civil, structural, MEP, power, and commissioning, coordinating GC and advisory teams to ensure schedule adherence and readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of Project Management / Owner's Rep experience in data centers or similar.
• Experience with mission-critical facilities, high-density infrastructure.
• Willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK; relocation package provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead Owner's Representative delivering project across civil, structural, MEP, power, and commissioning.
• Oversee GC, trade partners, and engineering advisory teams to ensure schedule and readiness.
• Manage governance, change orders, procurement alignment, cash flow forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder communications aligning capital authorization with milestones.
