Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (Data Center Projects) to lead multi-disciplinary design teams from concept through commissioning. The role focuses on client development, delivery of data center and mission-critical projects, and expanding HDR's global TMT practices.

Occasional international travel is required, with a strong emphasis on budgeting, scheduling and collaboration. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture and a PE or Licensed Architect

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years related experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong ability to interact with design teams, excellent organizational, PM and communication skills.
• Employee-owned culture commitment is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of building engineering design projects (data centers, semiconductor, industrial, infrastructure).
• Lead project teams to ensure delivery and client satisfaction.
• Travel 10–20% to project sites, including international if needed.
• Control budget, scope and schedule; ensure quality of deliverables.
• Develop proposals, scope, schedule and budget for pursuits.
